When buying an extension or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name and e-mail address.

When requesting support, we sometimes ask for either a site backup or an admin account which helps speed up the process of solving an issue. This is of course up to you if you feel comfortable doing so. Any admin account details or or data/files in your backup are strictly confidential and will not stored or released to any 3rd parties.

Backups provided by a client will always be installed on a local environment (never on our server). Backups will be completely removed from our local environment either at the request of the client or once an issue has been resolved
