Hi bsmith,

I've taken a look at your site and the reason why it's not showing is because of your template header. Currently it's position is set to relative which needs to be changes.

If you go to line 282 of the following file:
templates/joomspirit_88/css/main.css

You will see the following code:
.website-header {
    padding-bottom: 30px;
    position: relative;
}

Simply remove position: relative;
