Hello,

I have a Rocketheme template Chapelco and I am trying to install this JJ Social Slider but I cannot get it to install. I have tried a few positions but it will not show up.

Hi techspecx,

Have you tried assigning the Shoutbox to a position such as sidebar-a? This position is part of Rockettheme template. If you know for sure that you're assigning it to the correct position, ensure that you have published the module and assigned it to a specific or multiple menu items ;)
