install error

The module and the template aren't linked in any way. Although the fact you've installed a template suggests that the tmp directory is writable which is very odd. Have you installed any other extensions (modules/components/plugins successfully)?

Either way. We'll zip the Social Slider up a different way for you so you can simply unzip it in your Joomla Root directory and the install it via the discover function We'll post it on here at some point today for you!

Apologies for the lateness of this! Attached is the module in a revised format. Simply unzip this into the Joomla root directory and then do a standard discover install and all should work fine.



Any issues installing this way let me know and I'll get onto it. Note we've shut down forum support for Christmas but if you email it to us we'll reply as soon as we're back online or before I have some free time.
