Custom Logo not shown on one website was created by kapasoft

Hi,
I'm using the pro version. With this version I have already installed custom logos on a test page and use them. That's working. I tried the same thing on another site, there I get absolutely no custom logo. But I am sure that the logo is correct and is in the right place.
What can I do?
