Uninstalled and Reinstalled - Now I can't find the Module

Uninstalled and Reinstalled - Now I can't find the Module was created by dbg8489
It doesn't show up under "Extensions/Modules"

It does show up under "Extensions/Managed"

The install directories are there.

Joomla just can't see it.

I tried deleting the cache files already.

Never mind - I figured out what I did.

Deleted the module.

Created a new one and I'm back in business.
