JJSlider not visible on mobiles, tablets was created by friendshubham
Hi, First of all thanks for such a great product. Very easy to install and get it working. I have a very small issue. It is working fine on desktop screen but not visible on mobiles, tablets. In the settings of the module, for "Disable on specific screen sizes" i have mentioned it as Don't Disable. Still it is not visible. I am using Joomla 3.4.3 and have installed slider v 2.0.1. Here is the link to my site . Kindly help and once again many many thanks for this great app.

Hi friendshubham,

I've taken a look at your site and the reason why it's hiding on mobiles is due to the position you've set for the Social Slider. All you need to do is simply change the position to something different.

I would suggest something like debug.

Thanks a lot for that very very quick reply. Just one more help. When I open it in mobile then in portrait format, the icons are a little bigger and overlap the content. Is it possible to reduce the size by say 10 -15%??

I wouldn't recommend making the icons smaller as they're part of a sprite and there may be some potential issues.

Instead, I'd recommend making your red boxes a little smaller by reducing the padding on mobiles.

You can do this with the following CSS
@media (max-width: 768px) {
    .jj_sl_navigation.right li a {
        padding: 8px 5px 8px 0;
    }
}

Seeing as you're using a Yootheme template, you can add the above code to the following file:
templates/yoo_master2/css/custom.css

Please be sure to clear your site cache once you've added this code and saved it.

Thanks again for the quick reply. It worked perfectly.
One more thing. I am looking to utilize the custom slides for displaying links to my contact page and to display the helpdesk contact no. But I am not aware how I can add the icon and where or if it already exists. Can you please help me.

You first need to update your icon (recommended size is 32x32 pixels) to the following directory:
media/mod_social_slider/icons

Once done, in the Social Slider settings, go to the "Custom Slides" tab.

In the "Link" field, you can add in the link to your contact page and in the "Image" field, you simply need to type in the name of the image, for example:
