Hi, I have installed the shoutbox on a site I maintain (www.goringconservativeclub.com), but its not posting shouts. I have read the forums and can see a number of posts but no solutions posted.

My site is running on:
Database Version 5.5.28-29.1
PHP Version 5.2.17
Joomla! 2.5.7 Stable

I have tried in it IE, Firefox and Chrome and its not working in any of them. Any ideas how to get it working?

Hi doodlebug,

Welcome to JoomJunk,

It might very well be due to another module conflicting with the submit process.

Do you think it would be possible to upgrade to PHP 5.3 and we will most likely soon stop supporting 5.2? We have had a few issues with our latest release regarding posting a shout so I can send you our previous version of the shoutbox for you to test, or if you want, you could take a backup of your website for me to test on my local server.
