JJ Shoutbox - Mass Delete

How can we MASSIVE delete post? I have bots on my site. How to delete over 100 messages?

To delete a lot of posts you have to currently manually do it in php myadmin - or your equivalent. We are working on a delete parameter for the backend options. But this will delete ALL posts - not just selected ones. Hopefully this will be released in the next week!

You might also wan't to turn on the reCaptcha option in the module parameters and get yourself a private and public key from here to prevent bots from posting in your shoutbox.

We are also working on a component where you can manage all the posts in the shoutbox - but I'm afraid this is still a few months away as we have several other projects that we have prioritized higher (e.g. Joomla 3.0 compatibility).

I see. Sorry I can't be of more help. I was hoping to finish some sort of mass delete button this weekend but I'm afraid I've been kept in real life work all weekend! I will try and finish it this week. As I say if your desperate you'll have to do it manually through PHP myadmin
