How to hide some text was created by cirodalex
Hi,
I think that your shoutbox is great as it is, but I'd like to make two small changes in order to make it look more compact.
I would like to hide the "Name: username" line and the "characters remaining" one.
I looked in default.php, but I'm not too sure of what to do. Could you please help me out?

Hi cirodalex,

I've attached a copy of the default.php modified for you, however, don't upload it and replace the current one. You should do a template override first.

Please read the following article on the Joomla Documentation page on how to do this and then upload the file to the folder once done :)

Please note that it should work, however I didn't have time to test it quickly, so let me know if there are any problems

Thanks a lot. It worked like a charm! :)

I have one last question for you.
Is it also possibile to remove the blank space between the input text box and the shouts box?
