I'm not exactly sure what is causing the issue, but I can confirm it's another extension. If you refresh the page, then quickly scroll down, the text for the button is visible, but then disappears. There is nothing in our code that does such a thing.

I created a new menu item on your site caled "TEST" and set the access to Super User only, so you need to login to see it. Once done, you'll see a duplicate of the Shoutbox on this page and the History button works perfectly fine.

So yes, it's being caused by another extension, but I dont know which one, you'll need to find out yourself unfortunately.
