No shout possible for registered users was created by Hulst
version 9.3.1:
When the calulation question is NOT activated for a login user , this user can not place a message.
With activated calulation question the user who is logged in can place a message.

Found the issue and have released an update (v9.3.2) which fixes this. You can get the latest version from our downloads page: joomjunk.co.uk/products/ajax-shoutbox-pr...ro-features-download
