Thumbs up option does not work in 9.1.8 was created by sgower

After I upgraded to 9.1.8 the thumbs up option does not work.

Hi sgower,

Please ensure have cleared your Joomla cache as there have been some fairly big Javascript updates in recent versions.

Also, if you have a template override of the Shoutbox, try taking a backup or it, remove it and see if the problem still persists.

If you still have issues, would you mind creating me a temporary super admin accont and sending the details to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so I can look further into the issue?

I have done as you asked and cleared the cache and still no change.

I also set you up with a admin login. Login info sent to the email indicated.

From my end the color selection and the smiles now work but I am still cannot get the thumbs up to work and the edit and delete option do not show up for registered users and the arte set to YES on the backend. They are there when I login as an administrator but they still do not work.

Correction, the edit and delete do show up for registered users but they still do not work.
