To change the font size of the shout text, you'll need to add the following CSS:

.jjshoutboxoutput div p {
    font-size: 13px;
}

You're using the Shaper Helix 3 template, so in the template settings, go to the "Custom Code" tab, and there will be a textarea, labelled "Custom CSS".

Hi Lodder, sorry it's been so long. I did that and it didn't seem to change anything, any ideas?

Hey,

Apologies, the previous code was for the Free version of the Shoutbox.

Please try adding the following:

.jjshoutbox .layout-2 .jj-shout-text {
    font-size: 14px;
}

Thanks Lodder, that fixed it right up. I better write it down that it wasn't me for once lol. I really appreciate all of the great and fast help around here.
