The shoutbox is unavailable to non-members was created by hahardyan
i have installed jjshoutbox, and i put its module in frontpage, but i got this message

Hi hahardyan,

Have you assigned the specific usergroups allowed to submit a shout on the Shoutbox? If so, is the user you're logged in with assigned to one of these usergroups?
