I can't see any channels on the server.
You need to make them available to the public. That is why the discord module isn't showing channels for you.

I can't see any channels...this is why the module isn't working. You need to configure your server to make them publically visible.

Please fix the permissions on your server.

I don't have TeamSpeak installed, sorry.
